The Production Supervisor oversees all aspects of the production process, ensuring adherence to procedures, resolving issues, and optimizing operations. You will manage personnel, maintain accurate records, analyze performance data, and collaborate with other departments to drive continuous improvement. With supervisory experience in manufacturing and strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities, the Production Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient and high-quality production.



  • Executes production plan and ensures tasks are performed according to standard procedures and regulations. 

  • Investigate and resolve production and personnel issues as they arise. 

  • Account for 100% of raw materials consumed in mixing. 

  • Ensure production and QA details are properly recorded. 

  • Ensure accurate timekeeping. 

  • Evaluate employee performance. 

  • Prepare and submit data for production reporting. 

  • Analyze production runs and make suggestions for improvement. 

  • Observe the condition of the Bakery floor to identify improvement opportunities and make suggestions for improvement. 

  • Perform and report on accident investigations. 

  • Reconcile daily downtime. 

  • Confer with Maintenance and Production managers daily on production line issues. 

  • Determine causes and suggest possible solutions. 

  • Perform other duties as assigned or required. 



  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred

  • Equivalent combination of Supervisory and Manufacturing experience 

  • 3-4  years of manufacturing experience 

  • Ability to analyze reports and performance 

  • Leadership and communication skills 

  • Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Word, and Excel  is preferred
