Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on and results-driven Production Supervisor to lead and support our manufacturing operations. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the entire production process, ensuring that procedures are followed, issues are resolved quickly, and operations are running efficiently.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in manufacturing, proven leadership experience, and the ability to drive continuous improvement through collaboration and analysis. This is a critical role in maintaining a safe, efficient, and high-quality production environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute daily production plans and ensure tasks are completed according to established procedures and safety regulations.
  • Supervise production staff and evaluate performance to promote a high-functioning team.
  • Investigate and resolve production or personnel issues in real time.
  • Ensure all raw materials used in mixing are accurately tracked and accounted for.
  • Verify production and quality assurance records are properly completed and maintained.
  • Monitor and ensure accuracy of timekeeping for production team members.
  • Submit production data and reports as required.
  • Analyze production runs and recommend improvements to increase efficiency or reduce waste.
  • Observe production floor conditions and identify opportunities for improvement in safety, cleanliness, or process.
  • Conduct and report on accident investigations as needed.
  • Reconcile daily downtime and analyze root causes for corrective actions.
  • Collaborate daily with Maintenance and other departments to resolve equipment or production challenges.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • 3–4 years of manufacturing experience required.
  • Prior supervisory or team lead experience in a manufacturing setting strongly preferred.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze reports and performance data to inform decisions.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and Word is a plus.
