About the Role
We are seeking a Tech 3, Bakery-Inventory to join our team at our Cayce bakery. As a Tech 3, Bakery-Inventory, you will be accountable for ensuring inventory accuracy through systematic movements, cycle counts, and receiving processes that support production efficiency and compliance.

Shift: 3rd
Hours: 9:45PM - 6:15AM
Weekend Availability: Required
Core Accountabilities (What You’ll Be Doing)
- Perform systematic inventory movements for raw and packaging materials to and from production areas.
- Conduct daily cycle counts and PSA clearings to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Receive finished goods, raw materials, and packaging materials both physically and in SAP.
- Validate COAs and allergen protocols for all incoming materials.
- Ensure FEFO compliance and proper storage of ingredients.
- Prepare and apply labels for incoming and outgoing products.
- Operate lift trucks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain housekeeping standards in the dry warehouse and production areas.
- Resolve inventory discrepancies and clear negatives/COGI errors in SAP.
Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 1 year of SAP experience in a manufacturing environment.
- At least 1 year of inventory/cycle counting experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Forklift experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in freezer conditions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success)
- Experience in food manufacturing or bakery operations.
- Knowledge of GMP compliance and allergen protocols.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt to rapid changes in temperature and work environment.
