Responsibilities:

  • Work with the procurement team to keep track of ingredient deliveries
  • Regular silo climbs to ensure there is enough room for ingredient delivery and to ensure silo hatches are secured before ingredient delivery.
  • Unload bulk ingredients into proper  bulk ingredient silos
  • Monitor inventory levels and provide feedback to appropriate personnel
  •  Conduct CIPs to ensure tanks are ready for liquid ingredient delivery
  • Receive products into SAP and verify the accuracy of the incoming  and outgoing products against documentation
  • Verify COA documentation for incoming loads matches against company ingredient specifications
  • Conduct sampling and testing of bulk trucks and unitized ingredients.
  • Maintain files of Certificates of Analysis for raw materials.
  •  Enter receipts into the SAP system and receiving log.
  • Inspect the warehouse on a daily basis and report any product damage, equipment malfunctions, or department deficiencies to the appropriate personnel
  • Ensure warehouse and outside grounds are kept clean and organized
  • Continuous compliance with Good Manufacturing Processes (GMPs)
  • Adhere to production and packaging work schedule and running orders
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required

 

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred
  • 2 years of warehouse receiving experience
  • Proficient computer skills including experience with SAP, MS Outlook and Excel
  • Documented equipment training using forklifts, electric and manual jacks and other moving equipment
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
