About the Role

We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at our Cayce, SC bakery. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be accountable for overseeing raw material and packaging inventory, ensuring accurate material movements, and leading warehouse teams to support safe, compliant, and on‑time production operations.

Shift & Schedule

• Shift: 3rd Shift
• Hours: 10PM – 6:30AM
• Weekend Availability: Required

Core Accountabilities (What You’ll Be Doing)

• Oversee daily raw material and packaging inventory to support scheduled production
• Ensure adherence to FIFO/FEFO, REMIX movements, and expiration date controls
• Supervise material movements to ensure physical and system accuracy
• Oversee receiving, storage, allergen control, and disposal of damaged or expired materials
• Lead cycle counting and inventory audits across warehouse, freezer, and production locations
• Train, coach, and hold warehouse employees accountable across all shifts
• Partner with Production, Scheduling, and Inventory teams to improve material flow and warehouse processes

Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a food manufacturing environment
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Forklift experience required (stand‑up preferred)

Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success)

• Associate’s degree or higher
• SAP and/or SAP WM experience
• Mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and make minor equipment adjustments
• Experience supervising warehouse operations in a food or bakery environment
